In our implementation we actively induce participation from your people early on in the process. We don’t come with a full pre-cooked solution but design all implementation details together with your people.

If it’s not their solution it’s not a solution at all and they are the only ones that can provide us the obstacles, policies & rules blocking the implementation later on.
