Job profile
You will be assigned to one of our clients in Banking and Insurance who has adopted the Critical Chain Project Management approach. You will be responsible for managing a set of IT related projects according to Critical Chain Project Management.
Critical Chain is a very powerful technique to make sure projects will be delivered with the right content, on time and much faster than before. That’s a real difference with current performance!
You are responsible for agreeing the targets with clients and suppliers of your projects. You will build and manage a group of project leaders who are responsible for the individual projects in your area.
Your environment is characterized by high pressure from top management to improve performance. The budget responsibility is typically between 5 and 10 Million Euro yearly.
Best candidates
The best candidates have extensive experience in managing (IT)projects and are probably in their early 30’s. They have experienced projects to fail many times. They understand that projects need to be managed differently. Experience in Banking and Insurance is a plus, however not a necessary condition. Your career has been in the ICT industry as a project and/or line manager.
You are relentless in addressing and removing obstacles and company policies that block the speed of your projects.
