Job profile

You will be assigned to one of our customers in Banking & Insurance which is in the process of implementing Critical Chain Project management. Together with one of our experienced Consultants you will be responsible for changing the current mode of managing projects to Critical Chain Project Management. This involves creating the internal management buy in, designing the details of the solution, conduction workshops, planning projects and coaching the client management to execute their new tasks en responsibilities correctly.

Best candidates

The best candidates have experience in (IT) management consulting or a background in project management. You are ambitious in setting your targets and even more in meeting them. You know how to inspire people to trust and to comply with the new required project execution behavior. You are not afraid of information technology systems and eager to learn new processes that make sense to stick to. You have experience with implementing significant changes in relatively short time.
