Course objective

With the Jonah Program, participants will learn and practice the TOC Thinking Processes and the buy-in process to accelerate their organization’s process of ongoing improvement. During this course, attendees will work with a real life case from within their own organization. Upon completion a complete problem analysis, solution design and implementation roadmap of the actual case will be completed.
