With three simple measures we cut the lead-time of projects dramatically and improve the reliability of delivery. Course experience
During this challenging course you will experience hands-on the limitations of your current project reality. Using simulations and games, the key injections of CCPM will become clear and you will see that only a limited set of changes are necessary to achieve great results.
You will be introduced to the Critical Chain execution mechanics: that are the key to create reliable and fast projects and programs: buffering, buffer management and pipelining in multi-project environments.
However, ‘the proof of the pudding is in the eating’: don’t assume that something is in order or believe what you are told, but judge the matter by testing it. Therefore we will literally cook our own meal in the evening! A fun way to test the lessons learned.
