The culture of many complex organisations is often
symptomatic of nature. A number of diverse
improvement initiatives is running aiming to solve
the most important problems. Most of these
improvement initiatives have lead to improvements
on a local basis, on section or work-center level
for example, and lead to less collaborative working
relationships across the system. Many times these
local improvements frustrate flow through your
company.
To ensure lasting improvement, we consider it
critical to mandate the development of important
capabilities. Therefore in our implementations we
pay attention to:
- TOC education
- We deliver
facilitation and TOC technical skills education
with specialists and managers across the company
to increase their ability to stimulate change and
improvement.
- Coaching in leadership
Through 1:1 executive coaching and in the moment development we work closely with the senior management in addressing key challenges with confidence. - Implementation support
We teach and support internal project managers and change champions using TOC thinking and tools. This is done through 1:1 and team coaching/ training sessions to ensure sustainability of progress and improvement in the organisation. - Focused performance improvement
We ensure on-going review with senior management and internal project management to check rate of improvement, emerging challenges and embedding of processes.
